We operate in following ways when it comes to international orders and shipments.
- All the products are shipped via recognized shipping companies like AU Post, Fedex / DHL /UPS/ARAMEX etc
- Any custom charges or duties levied in the respective country of the customer has to be borne by the customer (Our I/E code is ALLPV1386Q)
- Shipping time is usually 10-21 working days.
- Customer would be informed once the product is shipped from our warehouse and tracking number will be shared.
- EELU is not responsible for delay in transit after the product has been shipped. We can only try to push the shipping company to deliver the product in timely manner.
- We do not offer payment on receipt or cash on Delivery on international orders and shipment
International Returns / Cancellations or Refunds.
- Currently we do not offer any order cancellations / returns/ exchange or refunds on international shipments.
- Once the payment has been done , the payment cannot be reversed or returned under any circumstances.
