SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

Our online business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Wollongong NSW, Australia. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email eelulifestyle@gmail.com

We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

DOMESTIC (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

Regular (Australia Post) 
$15 flat rate - Delivery estimate, 3-7 business days from dispatch. 

INTERNATIONAL

Standard (Australia Post)

Shipping rate calculated at checkout. Delivery estimate, 5-10 business days from dispatch.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any taxes and duties payable in countries outside of Australia will be paid by the customer.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of eelu lifestyle’s control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend ordering before time if possible. eelu is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PARCELS

eelu offers tracking for all orders, however eelu does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Australia Post.
