Eelu was born in a quiet moment of reflection—somewhere between designing structured buildings and dreaming of softer things.

As an architect, I spent years creating spaces from the ground up. But while I loved the craft, my heart was searching for something slower, more personal. I missed working with my hands, feeling textures, and pouring emotion into something that didn’t need to be perfect—just meaningful.

And that’s where Eelu began!

The name Eelu comes from “ilu”—a gentle, affectionate way of saying “I love you” in Hindi. And truly, that’s what this little brand is built on: love. Love for animals, for fabrics, for intentional living, and for all the imperfect beauty that comes with making something by hand.

We believe in compassion. In softness. In stories.
